Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most unused, unopened items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your safety and ours, certain items cannot be returned (see restrictions below).

2. Receive Your RA# & Instructions
Within 2 business days, our team will email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- Return shipping address

3. Pack & Ship Your Return
Prepare your return package with care:

- Securely pack items to prevent damage
- Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
4. Refund Processing

Exchange Process
For exchanges:

- Hunting Clothing with removed tags or signs of wear
- Knives & Accessories that have been sharpened or used
- Any item not in its original condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
